Ancien professeur à l’IAE Sorbonne, l’ESSEC, le CNAM, Maastricht, Mary Land, Queens New York, etc., Il est reconnu internationalement pour ses divers écrits et interventions en gouvernance d’entreprises, transparence de l’information et développement de programmes.  Honoré par la Security Exchange Commission des États Unis (la SEC), il est aussi récipiendaire du prix d’excellence en recherche de l’association Canadienne des Sciences Administratives, et de celui de l’Ordre des Experts Comptables du Canada et plusieurs fois meilleur professeur de l’année.
